This week has been go, go, go ..... very active!
Tuesday night group did baking and provided supper for each other.
There have been walks, swimming, badminton, crazy golf, rebound even some Yoga ball exercises.
So we are all feeling energised and ready for the year.
We have had music sessions with singing and playing along with our residence music man.
